If your television set is beginning to show flickers of pixels or “snow”, it may be a sign that your cable service needs attention. Contact Comcast at 888-633-4266 and explain your problem. If the sources of the service problem is in the system outside of your house, repairs are the responsibility of Comcast. Issues within your house may generate a service charge. One question they often ask is whether other televisions in your home have a similar issue, so you might want to inform the Comcast representative as you describe your situation.
