Board of Directors

The Board of Directors control and manage the affairs and property of SLCT. The Board consists of ten (10) members initially appointed at the time SLCT was formed. There are five (5) members from the Town of Sterling and five (5) from the Town of Lancaster.

The Board of Directors meet the 4th Tuesday of every month. The meeting is open to the public.

The current BOD is:


Robert Kadlec
– President (Lancaster)
Bob is currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors and on the Lancaster Cable Advisory Committee.  He is a retired Software Engineer from Inmagic Incorporated of Woburn, MA

Robert Bloom – Vice President (Sterling)
Bob is also the Chairman of Sterling’s Cable Advisory Committee. He is a Principal Software Engineer with Ambient Corporation in Newton MA.

 


Debra Williams– Clerk (Lancaster)
Deb is a lifelong resident of Lancaster. Deb has worked at WCVB-TV, NECN, ABC’s WMUR-TV in Manchaster NH, and currently works as the Hospitality Sports Tourism Coordinator for the Marlborough Economic Development Corp. With a desire to stay involved in broadcast television and serve her community, Deb welcomed the opportunity to join SLCT’s Board of Directors in 2009.

 

John Ledoux – Treasurer (Lancaster)
John is a Lancaster resident and has been with SLCT since its inception. John has worked at Polymer Concentrates, Inc. in Clinton as their Controller for over 15 years.

 

Richard Maki– Director (Sterling)
Dick is the Secretary for the Board of Directors and is on the Sterling Cable Advisory Committee.  He is a retired Science Teacher from Bromfield School in Harvard, MA.

 

Jay Brunetta– Director (Sterling)

Greg Billings – Director (Sterling)
Greg is a retired educator who has worked in several capacities and grade levels from Kindergarten through college. He has held positions at local schools including Leominster, Ayer, Bolton, and Stow. He has also been a member of the cable TV advisory committees in these towns.

Tom Kennedy – Director (Lancaster)
Tom is a retired purchasing manager. He was on the Lancaster Conservation Committee for 32 years. Tom likes to volunteer and joined SLCT to continue to give something back to his community.

Richard Smith –- Director (Sterling)
Richard has been a Sterling resident for 41 years. He was on the original Cable committee that worked to get cable into Sterling. He has joined the SLCT Board as a community service.
